STEP 15 - SEASONAL SUPPORT

As the SEASONS change, so does the environment around you. For example, plants begin to prepare for the cold harsh weather that is soon on its way.

And your body is no different.

It too must adapt to all the changes going on around you each and every day. During certain times of the year, your immune system is put to the test as the sick season rolls around.

Getting plenty of rest during these times is just part of the equation; your immune system needs to be supported so you aren’t as susceptible to catching what is going around. These recipes will help you support yourself and your immune system.

FLOOM+ ROLLER RECIPE

• 5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

• 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil

• 3 drops Oregano Essential Oil

• 5 drops Protective Blend

• 5 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil

• 2 drops Thyme Essential Oil

Combine all Essential Oils in a 10ml roller bottle, top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Apply to bottoms of feet and along spine as needed to help soothe and support your immune system during the peaks of sick season.

• 2 drops Oregano Essential Oil

• 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

• 2 drops Lemon Essential Oil

• 2 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil

Add Essential Oils to a mug of steaming hot water and inhale several times to help ease congestion.
