• 1 lb. Ground Beef

• 2 tbsp. Chili Powder

• 2 tbsp. Tomato Paste

• 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (Optional for those who prefer a spicier chili)

• 1 tsp. salt

• 2 c. Beef Broth

• 1 can Diced Tomatoes

• 2–3 Celery Stalks, chopped

• 1 can Kidney Beans

• 1 can Tomato Sauce

• 1 drop Cumin Essential Oil

• 1 drop Oregano Essential Oil

• 1 drop Black Pepper Essential Oil

Heat the Olive Oil in a large pot for a minute or two before adding in the diced Onion. Once the Onions start to become soft, add the Ground Beef and cook until fully browned. Next add the Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, and Salt, and stir well to combine. Now you can add in the Beef Broth, Diced Tomatoes, Kidney Beans, and Tomato Sauce. Bring the Chili to a low boil, then reduce heat and allow to gently simmer for 20–25 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally. Remove the pot from the heat and add the Cumin, Oregano, and Black Pepper Essential Oils. Stir well to combine the Essential Oils and allow the Chili to rest for about five minutes before serving.

For something a little different, you can have fast, easy and great-tasting GOULASH in no time flat!
