With Autumn season upon us, a new year of sports begins. Who remembers standing on the sidelines during a football game on a Friday night?

As the calendar marches on, the weather can become a bit uncooperative; and a few nippy nights, especially if they come with a bit of drizzling rain, can lead to chills long before the last pass is thrown.

These WARM DRINK recipes are a great way to warm yourself and your family from the inside out after the game is over.

WARM YOUR BONES HOT COCOA RECIPE

• 1 c. Water

• 5 tsp. Organic Cocoa Powder or 1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

• 1/4 tsp. Stevia

• 1 tbsp. Agave Nectar

• 1/2 tsp. Organic Vanilla Extract

• 3 c. Whole Milk or Almond Milk
• 2 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil
• 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

Heat Water, Cocoa, and Sweeteners until well blended and smooth in texture. Add Vanilla and Milk and simmer until hot but not boiling. Add Essential Oils and stir to combine. Pour into coffee mugs and enjoy!

SPICY SIPPIN’ HOT APPLE CIDER RECIPE

• 2 qt. fresh Apple Cider

• 1 large Orange, unpeeled and sliced

• 3 drops Lemon Essential Oil
• 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

• 1 drop Clove Essential Oil
